However, mattresses can be subjective. Your weight, height, body type, sleeping style, temperature and pain levels all play a role in how firm or comfortable your mattress is. However, there are general guidelines that can help you determine the right level of mattress firmness for you.
1. A medium-firm mattress is best for back sleepers.
